Can I check on the status of my order?

Yes, once you have received an order confirmation email, you can sign into your Josée.P account to track the status of the order. Do note that it may take a few hours for your order to be reflected. You will receive another email when your order is ready to be dispatched from our warehouse, containing a link that you can access to check on the delivery status.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size! Can I still make a change?

Kindly contact us as soon as possible at customer@josee-p.com to notify us. If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we are happy to make the change in size for you.

However, if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to do a return instead.

Do you allow returns/exchanges?

How does the store credit system work?

You will receive store credits if you have successfully returned your order. The credits you will receive will correspond to the amount that you have paid for the said order. Please note that delivery cost is non-refundable.

You can use your store credit whenever you wish to again, there is no expiry date :)

Is there a size chart I can refer to?

Yes, we have included a size chart for every design. Please click into each product page and refer to the size chart on the left. Do note that there may be up to 2cm variation in the actual goods as each piece is made individually by hand, and we do not consider this a defective item.
