We hope you like your order, but we also understand that sometimes that piece just isn't for you.
We allow returns, applicable only to non-sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and of the same condition that you received it in - original packaging with all tags still attached, unworn and unwashed. The order must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the order.
You may choose to return it either via post or drop off at our showroom (Crescent @ Kallang) on weekends from 11 am - 4 pm. To do the later, please drop us a note before coming so we will know to expect you.
Returns refunded as Store Credits - If you opt for a return, please fill in the return slip that can be found in your parcel. Upon successful processing, the corresponding value of the purchase price will be credited into your Josée.P account as store credits.
Please note the following:
- All return postage will be borne by customers. Postages/shipping costs are non-refundable
- Returns will not be allowed for items bought under an official Sale event
- Store credits are not exchangeable for cash
We work hard to ensure quality in our clothes, and we apologise if you have received a defective item. To return the defective item, please email us immediately at email@example.com with the following details:
1) Order number and Customer Name
2) Description and photo of the defect
We will get back to you promptly upon receiving your email.
